Diagnosis?

This is often difficult because of the vagueness of the symptoms. Churg-Strauss Syndrome should be suspected if the patient has,

  1. Eosinophils higher than 8% of the white blood cell count.
  2. Vasculitis. (Inflammation of the blood vessels, especially with Granulomatosis).
  3. A prior history of asthma.
  4. Night sweats
  5. Peripheral Neuropathy
  6. A rash.
